Booking / Cancellation Policy
Upon booking 50% of your treatment is required as a deposit to secure your appointment. This goes towards the remaining balance of your service.
Deposits are transferable one time within a 24-48 hours grace period. If appointment is cancelled within the 24-hour period, the deposit is forfeited and you will be required to pay half of the original booked service in order to rebook.
Any service/treatment packages or promotional offers purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable and may not be altered in any way.
All gift cards and packages must be completed and used within 12 months of purchasing.
Please arrive on time. A 15 mins grace period will be given, however, any later than that will be considered a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
